Biolea is a family run company specializing in the production of organic premium olive oil using millstones and presses. The freshly harvested bitter oranges and organic lemons are stone milled and cold pressed in the oil mill, while fruit pulp and Juice are separated. The result of these fine drops with the aroma of the essential oils of the organic lemon peel and the bitter orange is an enrichment for your cake, salad, poultry and pasta dishes.
