In the west of Crete on the west side of the Agia Triada Monastery, the famous Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety extends over an area of 50 hectares. Due to the special microclimate of the region with intense sunshine and low humidity, a special Cabernet Sauvignon with a deep red color and purple tones is produced. Aromas of green pepper, gooseberry and black pepper underline the classy wine.
Full-bodied and lively tannins, this wine is an excellent companion for red meat, game, roast lamb and spicy cheese.
